In Helpfamily we realise that accepting a helper into any family can be challenging. For this reason, we do our best to make this step successful.

Whether you are looking for someone for short or long term stay,our role in Helpfamily is to provide you with that au-pair, carer, housekeeper or nanny who can become part of your family yet deliver a professional service. 

Our candidates

Each potential helper is personally interviewed,carefully screened and their credentials checked. Successful helpers file will contain the following:

   . CV in English

   .Personal interview and language check

   .2 references

   .Motivation letter

   .Police check

   .Medical check

   .Qualifications

These documents will be disponible for potential families. 

Meet your helper

Talking to and seeing your potential helper prior to any placement is important, it allows you to know more about the person you are about to accept into your family. For this reason we arrange video meetings on skype, or telephone conversation. 

Your helpers salary

It is up to families to decide about conditions under which they will employ someone including salaries. Salaries may vary depending on experience, qualifications, level of English and other factors. For this reason we can advise you and assist you with your offers to our candidates.

Fees

We charge the same way for any type of helper you may require from us. Our placement fee is affordable and suits most of families. 

Families are offered guarantee period of 3 months, within which they will be entitled to one replacement free of charge.

For under 6 months placement we charge the equivalent of 1 week salary

For 6 to 12 months placement we charge the equivalent of 2 weeks salary

Our placement fee is due within 2 weeks from starting work.

Eligibility to work 

We only provide EU citizen helpers, therefore all our candidates are fully eligible to work in EU countries.
